Congratulations, Candler Park lovers!
We've raised $32k to restore and reopen our PUBLIC RESTROOMS!
We asked. You delivered. Special thanks go to Councilmembers Amir Farokhi and Matt Westmoreland, whose offices contributed $12,500 and $4,000 respectively to the cause.
Now, the Conservancy is working with Council members and the Parks & Recreation Department to ensure that the restoration is completed and that the city takes on its role of maintaining, cleaning and securing these facilities.
But don't go now. We still need you!
Won't you take a moment to join the Conservancy or to give a special donation? We're currently at work on half a dozen other park improvements, leveraged with grants from Farokhi's Candler Park Decides program. They range from repairing benches and installing bike racks, to upgrading the pool and replacing kudzu with native trees and shrubs. We can do so much more together!
So please click here to join the Conservancy, renew today or send a special donation to help us continue our work to make Candler Park Atlanta's natural place to play.
