VOLUNTEER
Candler Park Conservancy is currently advancing specific initiatives to bring immediate improvements to the Park.
With a large 55-acre park to support, our Conservancy hosts frequent workday and other events to benefit the Park. These efforts are most effective when we have the participation of volunteers like you. Volunteering with us is a great way to get some exercise, make some friends, have some fun and do something good for your community. Whether you have a lot of time and energy to commit or only a little, we appreciate your help.
In addition to volunteer opportunities for workdays and events, the Conservancy has a handful of standing volunteer committees that work to develop and implement initiatives under the direction of our board. Many of these committees are composed of a combination of members of our board, members of our Conservancy and members of the public. We are often looking for volunteers with interest or expertise to serve on our committees. It is an important way that you can help to define and fulfill our initiatives.
